Overview
SiteControl is a US-based field service platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We collect only what operations require.
Location data
GPS is captured only during en-route and active-job states. Raw GPS traces are purged after 90 days. Voice audio is deleted after AI extraction completes; only the structured text is retained.
Media & records
Photos and system-state snapshots are retained as part of the durable job record. Deleted records enter a 30-day soft-delete recovery window before permanent removal.
Your data
Workspaces own their data. Contact us to export or delete records subject to legal retention requirements.
